Privacy Policy

The short version

If you use the invoice generator without an account, nothing you type reaches us. The invoice is built, calculated and rendered entirely in your browser, and the PDF is produced by your own browser's print engine. There is no upload step to opt out of, because there is no upload.

What stays in your browser

• Invoice contents. Client names, addresses, line items, amounts, tax numbers and notes are held in your browser's local storage so a half-finished invoice survives a refresh. Clearing site data removes them.
• Your logo. Stored as a data URL in the same local storage. It is never uploaded in the anonymous flow.
• Preferences. Theme, currency and locale choices, so the tool opens the way you left it.

What we store if you create an account

An account exists so invoices can be saved and found again. If you create one we store your email address, the invoices you explicitly save, and the business and client records those invoices reference. Payment is handled by Stripe — card details never reach our servers. You can export or delete your own records at any time.

Analytics and cookies

We measure page views and which templates get used, so we know what to build next. Invoice contents are never sent to analytics — not amounts, not client names, not tax numbers. A session cookie is used only if you sign in; the anonymous generator sets none.

Your rights

You can request a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. For anonymous use there is nothing to request — we hold nothing. Contact us through the address on the account page and we will respond within 30 days.
